You seriously have to check out my friend Dani's site, The Kitchen Playground. I have nowhere near enough skill to keep up with her amazing reportoire of culinary delights, but I still check her blog every day and she never ceases to make me drool.

Oh I agree, I have a list of stuff I want to try out. I spent ages going thru older posts the other day and I was so hungry..
