Goodbye...and hello!
Well time has slipped on by yet again in between blog entries. I swear I get swallowed up in a time vortex sometimes and before I know it a few weeks have sped by. Before I even told you I was going away, I'm already back. So here's the story...

Excuses Excuses....
I had promised Jan I would update my blog today but I'm sick . If I was a man I would probably be dying, but I'm tougher than that. Usually my immune system is pretty darn strong but I've succumbed to a wonderful bout of laryngitis coupled with a temperature and a slight ear ache. Apart from the odd tummy bug or 2, this is the first coldy-fluey thing I've had since I was pregnant with Jemima and that was 2 years ago.
So darling Jan, I rooly and trooly promise to add some photos and a proper post tomorrow. Right now I am going to bed.
edited to add...

Snow Bunnies
We had been planning to take the children to the snow all winter and we just never seemed to find the right time, if we didn't make plans soon there would be no snow left! Finally, I convinced Andrew to take a day off work and we headed up to Mount Baw Baw for the day. Max had a great time, Jemima on the other hand wasn't too impressed with the fact that snow is cold....and wet. Last time we went to the snow Max was about 20 months old and I was pregnant with Jemima, so it was nice not to feel like a waddling penguin as I crunched my way through the snow trying very hard not to fall over. Max loved the toboggan and I think he would have spent all day going up and down the hill if we had let him. Jemima had a few turns but she wasn't particularly thrilled with the ride which meant Max could have it all to himself. He was actually really good at doing it all himself so next year I think we'll get 2 toboggans and just leave him to it.
The trip home wasn't as easy as the trip up the mountain, I must confess to feeling a little bit carsick with all those twists and turns. Thankfully neither Max nor Jemima were bothered by it, just Mummy.
I feel the need...
Groove away chickadees!
One of many
I made a book for Andrew celebrating his role as a Dad. I filled it with lots of journalling and photos of him and the children. It's something he can take overseas when he is travelling for work and remember how much we love and miss him.

Stay tuned...
Just for fun while I fluff around adding posts, take this little Quiz...
